SUGARPINE™ is committed to providing reliable products and services and to addressing customer concerns in a reasonable and timely manner. This Complaint Procedure explains how customers can raise a formal complaint and how SUGARPINE™ handles complaints.
1. Purpose
This procedure explains how customers can submit complaints concerning SUGARPINE™ Services, including technical issues, billing, customer support, account matters, data handling, or other concerns relating to our Services.
We review complaints based on the information available to us, applicable agreements and policies, and applicable law.
2. Support Requests and Formal Complaints
Routine technical questions, feature requests, how-to questions, and ordinary support requests should normally be submitted through our standard support channels.
A formal complaint is appropriate when you are dissatisfied with a matter and want the issue to be formally reviewed or escalated.
Examples may include:
- An unresolved technical issue that materially affects your use of the Services;
- A billing or payment concern that has not been resolved through normal support;
- Concerns regarding account access or account administration;
- Concerns regarding the handling of Customer Data or personal information;
- Concerns regarding our customer support or service delivery; or
- Concerns regarding the conduct of SUGARPINE™ personnel or representatives.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, service credit, compensation, or other remedy. Any such remedy will be determined under the applicable Order, Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, or applicable law.
